Requirements of the projects for home appliance company (co-implemented by Kezhi and GE) includes seven aspects of MES system as production scheduling management, production process management, product quality management, material management, equipment management, personnel management and data acquisition.

Objectives:Optimization to production scheduling and order split for real-time and centralized monitoring in production data. The work order is delivered to every production process, and generate all kinds of plans realizing the centralized management mode.

Lean production management. Work order management model is adopted to directly reflect the implementation of production plan and improve the control to production process. Comprehensive and consistent batch tracking of material improves the control to product quality.

Parameterization in equipment control. Fully integrating CNC system of each workshop to accurately receive, transfer, process and display the real-time production data, and support the release of relevant process parameters and control parameters.

Flexible production management. Through the graphical modeling of production processes, equipment and factories, the implementation of every production links can be obviously understood. According to internal and external factors in the production process (as fluctuations in demand, unexpected failure of equipment ), you can dynamically and flexibly adjust production arrangements to meet the requirements for batch, customer-tailored, and constant production.
